GradLeaders Recruiting

Overview

New GradLeaders Recruiting users will be prompted to create a GradLeaders Recruiting employer account at www.MBAFocus.com when they receive their subscription invitation. The system uses personal accounts to enable saved searches, sending direct emails, and to store candidate notes. Users are asked to ensure the privacy of their username and password to protect access to the system.

Process: Creating a New Account via www.mbafocus.com

• Users will receive an invitation each year to their company’s GradLeaders Recruiting subscription. This email will be sent from the company’s assigned user manager.
• Once the invitation email has been received, it will contain a link to www.MBAFocus.comwith a unique email to activate their account.
  • New users will be prompted to complete a brief contact form and then create a password. Their email and the password created will be used at www.MBAFocus.com to log into GradLeaders Recruiting.
  • Returning users will be prompted to log into www.MBAFocus.com using their existing user account
