GradLeaders Recruiting Mobile Events Calendar

Overview

The GradLeaders Recruiting Mobile Events Calendar allows you to view upcoming events that you have at one of MBA Focus’ GLCC partner schools, as well as events that you have added manually to the calendar from GradLeaders Recruiting or from the mobile application. The calendar allows you to view a list of events, events scheduled for a particular day, or events for the month.

In order to display the events from a partner school, you will first need to link your account for the GradLeaders Recruiting OCR Integration. Check out the knowledgebase article here for information on how to link your accounts.

Process:Adding a manual event

To manually add an event in the GradLeaders Recruiting Mobile App, tab ’Add Event’ button on the bottom left corner of the calendar, then key in some important information about the event including:

  • Event Title
  • On-Campus Date
  • On-Campus Type
  • School
  • Start Time
  • Class Year

Once you’ve entered the information, tap ’Save’ and your event will show on your mobile calendar within the GradLeaders Recruiting Mobile App as well as within GradLeaders Recruiting.

Process:Viewing Details of an event

To view the details of an event that is on your calendar, simply tap the name of the event from the list, day view, or calendar view. This will then display the following information about the event for you:

  • Event Title
  • On-Campus Date
  • On-Campus Type
  • School
  • Start Time
  • Class Year

Process:Viewing Attendees

While you’re viewing the details of an event, you can view the candidates who have signed up for the event. In order to view the list of attendees, tap the ’Attendees’ icon at the bottom of the page, this will display a list of the candidates who signed up to attend  your event as well as their class year and program.

During the event, if a candidate attends who has not previously signed up for the event, you can add them by tapping the ’Find Candidate’ icon. This will allow you to search for a candidate and add them to the attendee list.

If a candidate attends your event, and are not in GradLeaders Recruiting, you can add them to the event as a ’Non-GF Candidate’. To add a candidate as a ’Non-GF Candidate’, first search for the candidate as you would if they were in GradLeaders Recruiting. On the search results page, tap ’Add Non-GF Candidate’ and follow the process below.

Process:Adding Non-GF Candidate Attendees

  • Tap the ’Add Non-GF Candidate’ button at the bottom of the page.
  • Complete a brief form with contact information for the candidate.
    • The school will prefill from the name of the school you searched on for your quick lookup.
    • If the candidate has a resume on hand, tap the ’Scan/Upload Resume’ and take a snapshot of the resume using the camera on your device.
    • You will be able to view an image of the resume later in GradLeaders Recruiting when viewing the candidate
    • Tab ’Save’.
