MultiPost Job Posting Guidelines

MBA Focus does not have any strict rules for approving or declining MultiPost jobs except that it must be an MBA-required/preferred job. However, the graduate business school job boards that each job is distributed to can sometimes be more strict in their approval criteria. In order to be certain every one of our 75+ partner schools approves your job posting, it is best to follow these guidelines:

1. Your posting must be MBA-appropriate. 
2. It should be MBA-required/preferred
3. First-Year MBA Student Interns are only allowed to see internships.
   Full-time jobs are for Graduating Students and/or Experienced MBA Alumni.
4. All recruiter contact info must have:
   • Valid recruiter email address – not generic jobs@abccompany.com
   • First name
   • Last name
5. Job detail information must have:
   • Company name
   • Job title
   • Job description
   • Work authorization
   • Job type
   • Audience (eliminating 1st year for FT jobs as discussed previously)
   • Industry
   • Application method (correlates to dropdown: email/website)
