Single School Search


Overview

GradLeaders Recruiting allows employers to search for candidates at a particular school using that school’s search surveys, all without ever having to leave GradLeaders Recruiting. 

With the Single School Search, a user can select a class year that they are looking for, then select a particular school and that school’s search survey will be displayed right within GradLeaders Recruiting. The user can then fill out their selected search criteria, and view the results right within GradLeaders Recruiting. 

This allows the user to use school specific profile questions that are on answered by the candidates that do not map to the Standard questions used at GradLeaders Recruiting. 

Instructions

To start a Single School Search, start by selecting ’Search’ -> ’Advanced Search’ on the GradLeaders Recruiting Menu.

Once on the Advanced Search page, a new menu option will appear called ’Single School Search’.

After clicking on the ’Single School Search’ menu, the user will be taken to the Single School Search Page. On this page simply select the class year from the candidate type drop down list, and then select the school. 

The selected school’s search survey will appear in the space below and from there the user can simply select the search criteria as normal. 

After the search criteria is selected, click ’View Results’ and the matching candidates from the selected school will be displayed within GradLeaders Recruiting.
